How did you start playing sport?
I started playing netball at school in years 5 and 6, continued through school and joined my local club in year 7.

What sports did you play when you were a child?
Everything and anything!

What do you enjoy about sport?
It keeps me healthy; I meet lots of new people and get the chance to play the sport I love.

How do you keep fit and healthy?
I train every day as part of our netball training, I eat well and get plenty of sleep.

Who was the biggest influence on your sporting career?
Jean Davies and Lyn Gunson, they found me at 13 years old and always believed that I could play for my country.

How important do you think Dragon Sport is? What impact do you think it will have on Welsh sport?
Very important, increasing participation will have positive effects to both the individual taking part and also the sport itself by providing more fit and healthy young people who can continue on and raise the standard of sport in this country.
