Dragon Sport provides youngsters an opportunity to play numerous sports at a community level which is crucial for young aspiring sport stars to learn the basics of agility, balance and co-ordination, without dominating in one sport or another. The improvement of youngsters key skills will filtrate in future years as we see more Welsh athletes competing on the world stage and gaining medals. It should also have an impact on making Wales become a fitter nation.
