About ActiveMarc Cymru
ActiveMarc Cymru was launched in October 2007 for schools to demonstrate and celebrate their commitment to developing high quality PE and School sport for all children. Dragon Sport plays a big part in the award. There are various things you can do now to make it easier if, or when you decide to apply for ActiveMarc Cymru.
- Have you got a Dragon Sport Portfolio? If not, speak to your DS Co-ordinator.
- Keep all paperwork to do with your Dragon Sport clubs in your portfolio. For example: registers, copies of organiser training and coach ed. certificates, letters to parents, fair play agreements from festivals, photos of club, fixtures, festivals, entries for festivals, leaflets advertising sports clubs that have been sent through school, children’s work.
