Game: Move and React

Playing the Game:
Children will need to split into pairs and find a square to work in and have a ball between two.

On command they should start moving around their square, one person carrying the ball the other waiting to receive the ball. The following commands can be given to get the ball to their partner. Once the partner has the ball, they should continue moving around the area.

Throw - Throw ball in air and partner to catch it
Ball Down - Place the ball on the ground and partner to pick it up
Between Legs - Place the ball between legs and wait for partner to collect it
Overhead - Place ball over head and wait for partner to collect it
Change - Players leave the ball in the grid and move to a different grid to work with a new partner

Variations:
Change the size of the grids to make it easier or harder. Put 2 pairs in the same grid to work.
