Game: Explosion
Playing the Game:
All the children stand next to the teacher and on a command run away as fast as they can for a count of 5 (10, 12, 15 etc.) They stop at the blast of a whistle / call. Try and better your first effort.
Variation:
All participants carry a cone and drop it on whistle /call. Try and get past cone.
Equipment:
Pupils all dribble a football, juggle a tennis ball or run with a rugby ball & score a try, depending upon the Dragon Sport activity.
