How did you first get involved? First got involved as a volunteer helping out at girls' schools TAG Festival in October 2004.
What are you involved in? Then started coaching the local girls rugby team. Volunteered at many secondary schools promoting girls rugby to establish the school-club link. This increased club participation from 6 members to 35. Since being involved now coached in various WWRU Girls Development days and now run the boys U10 Centre of Development for Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Where are you now as a result? Now classed as part of CCBC Sports Development Team due to volunteering across all work programmes including Dragon Sport, Secondary School Sport programme, Rugby Development.
