How did you start playing sport? I was encouraged to play sport by Mr Harry Young, my primary school teacher. My parents also encouraged me to take part.
What sports did you play when you were a child? I played rugby, football, athletics, gymnastics and cricket at school.
What do you enjoy about sport? Keeping fit, playing with your friends, trips away as a squad.
How do you keep fit and healthy? I follow a strict diet and fitness programme set by my coach who's a national fitness coach. This also includes weight training and running.
Who was the biggest influence on your sporting career? My parents and my coaches to date have been my biggest influence. They have all influenced my career in some way. |
