How did you start playing sport? I started when I was at junior school and then I began track and field when I was 11.
What sports did you play when you were a child? I played loads of sport - football, rugby, tennis, cricket, cross country and trampolining. I particularly liked the individual sports like tennis.
What do you enjoy about sport? It keeps me fit and its fun.
How do you keep fit and healthy? Obviously by playing lots of sport but also by eating well - I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and not too many sweets.
Who was the biggest influence on your sporting career? My parents - first and foremost. They have always been there for me and always took me wherever I needed to go and have given me massive support. They still support me and love going to the big events.
How important do you think Dragon Sport is? What impact do you think it will have on Welsh sport? Dragon Sport is really important. It makes kids realise how much fun sport can be - even better than video games. |
